We’re seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the build and integration of automated assembly systems and tooling. This role is critical to driving project success, improving throughput, and leading a high-performing workforce.

Requirements

Proven experience managing large-scale automation or manufacturing projects.
Background in integration of automated assembly systems with specific knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Expertise in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of multiple automation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and production.
Develop and refine integration processes to boost efficiency, quality, and output.
Monitor project milestones and report status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
