About The Position
The Plant Maintenance Tech works with a team to keep equipment operational. The role performs daily preventative and predictive maintenance, documents completed maintenance, and keeps the maintenance shop clean. It also involves following lock-out/tag-out procedures, helping ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations, and performing other relevant duties.
Requirements
- Manufacturing equipment repair experience.
- Ability to replace basic component parts on equipment.
- Mechanical diagnostics and repair experience.
- Knowledge of wire belt and plastic conveyor repairs.
- Knowledge of sprocket alignment and installation.
Responsibilities
- Work with a team to ensure equipment is operational.
- Perform daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
- Record and document maintenance performed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the maintenance shop.
- Follow proper lock-out/tag-out procedures.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to company, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other relevant duties related to the job.
