About The Position

Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for fixed ready-mix concrete plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York. Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of plant equipment and systems. Manage and train maintenance staff to enhance their skills and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall plant operations.
