About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world’s largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for fixed ready-mix concrete plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal plant performance at RMC sites throughout Western New York. The position involves implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime of plant equipment and systems, managing and training maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and collaborating with other departments to improve overall plant operations.

Responsibilities
