Plant Maintenance & Reliability Supervisor (Electro-Mechanical Systems)
About The Position
Your mission Lead the maintenance program for production of steel roof bolts, plates, bonding resins, and powdered chemicals—keeping uptime high and quality consistent. Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance with operations to minimize downtime. Implement and sustain 5S; drive Kaizen and Poka‑Yoke (error‑proofing) to eliminate waste and defects. Direct, train, and mentor a skilled maintenance team with clear standards and accountability. Own complex troubleshooting across electrical motor controls, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery. Track performance metrics; verify equipment meets product quality requirements. Control spend and adhere to maintenance budgets. Provide occasional travel support to sister facilities and special projects. Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical field, or Journeyman Electrician/Millwright/Tool & Die Maker.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency with PLC programming and electro‑mechanical diagnostics.
- Project management and maintenance scheduling experience.
- Demonstrated SH&E knowledge and application of maintenance best practices.
- Flexibility for overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
- High School / GED proficiency.
