The primary purpose of this role is to clean, maintain, and prepare extrusion tooling to the required standard for production.
Requirements
- Mechanical Aptitude

- Safety and Quality oriented
- GED, High School Education, Trade school preferred, or Previous Experience
Responsibilities
- Clean and inspect extrusion tooling (Components) according to VEKA Policy/Procedures
- Disassemble extrusion tooling and insure proper assembly
- Perform Maintenance on extrusion tooling as directed
- Disassemble purged-in dies
- Polish die, templates, and calibration as needed
- Communicate wear and damage to immediate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Operate Reach truck as needed
- Assist supervision and tooling maintenance personnel
- All other duties as assigned
