About The Position

This role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance. The position involves performing preventive and predictive maintenance on various industrial equipment, installing and fabricating mechanical components, and collaborating with other teams to resolve equipment issues. Safety and adherence to procedures are paramount.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial mechanical equipment.
• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and mechanical troubleshooting practices.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions.
• 3G & 4G welding certification required or the ability to earn these certifications in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability and performance.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, motors, pumps, and related equipment.
• Install, align, and fabricate mechanical components and systems to support operational needs.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment issues safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, maintenance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate work documentation.
