This role oversees all core HR functions—including employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffing—to ensure a positive employee experience and strong organizational performance. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring legal compliance, promoting a high‑performance culture, and providing guidance on HR best practices and emerging trends. This role reports directly to the HR Director, with a strong dotted-line relationship to the Plant Manager.
