About The Position
Our Client is seeking an experienced Plant Health & Turf Manager to lead plant health care and turf management operations for a portfolio of high-end residential and commercial properties in the Nashville area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in plant health care, turf management, or commercial landscape maintenance.
- 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License.
- Strong knowledge of plant identification, turfgrass management, insect and disease diagnosis, and irrigation practices.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Plant Science, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customized plant health and turf care programs.
- Diagnose and treat insects, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, weeds, and environmental stress using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) practices.
- Oversee fertilization, aeration, overseeding, and turf renovations.
- Lead mosquito, mole, and armadillo management programs.
- Conduct property inspections, prepare treatment recommendations, and build strong client relationships.
- Supervise, train, and support field technicians while ensuring safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
