Plant Engineer II

About The Position
The Plant Engineer II maintains accurate logs on all hospital equipment and helps provide a safe working environment. The role also maintains and repairs equipment and systems, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving is required as needed for company business. This is a full-time evening-shift position, scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to troubleshoot and read schematics and/or blueprints.
- Valid state driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs on all hospital equipment.
- Provide for a safe working environment.
- Maintain and repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas equipment and systems.
- Drive as needed for company business.
