About The Position
Saint Clare's Health is seeking a Plant Engineer/Maintenance Mechanic II to maintain a safe working environment and keep accurate equipment logs at its healthcare facilities. The role maintains and repairs equipment and systems, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems. Driving may be required for company business. The position is full-time and works days. Saint Clare's Health is part of Prime Healthcare and serves communities in Morris, Warren, and Sussex counties.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and read schematics and/or blueprints.
- Valid state driver's license.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate logs on all hospital equipment.
- Provide for a safe working environment.
- Maintain and repair mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and medical gas systems.
- Drive as needed for company business.
