Riceland, a farmer owned cooperative, helps farmers feed the world, sustainably. Maintain and/or install electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and electronically controlled systems in the plant.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.

Nice To Haves

One year certificate from college or technical school; and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Responsible for plant safety by observing persons entering your work area, asking if you can assist them, and reporting unauthorized persons to your supervisor.
Attend training as required or approved by supervisor.
Install and Maintain conduit and wiring, switchgear and motor control centers, PLC equipment, scales, electronic process equipment, field electrical devices (switches, lighting, level, and pressure controls, etc.)
