PaperWorks is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join our Louisville, KY folding carton facility. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of cost accounting and financial reporting, while providing financial insights to support key business decisions. Responsibilities include month-end close, cost accounting, financial reporting, variance and cost analysis, internal controls, balance sheet management (including fixed assets), budgeting, capital expenditures, and forecasting. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support operational and pricing decisions.
