About The Position

Coordinate daily scale house and administrative activities to support aggregate plant operations. Process customer transactions, shipment documentation, invoices, and related records accurately and efficiently. Maintain production, inventory, payroll, and operational reports while ensuring data integrity. Provide responsive customer service by assisting drivers, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support plant leadership with scheduling, communications, recordkeeping, and compliance-related administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, documentation, and financial transactions.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and business software, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to changing operational needs.
