PLANT ASSEMBLER - VENTURES & TECHNOLOGIES PLANTS
About The Position
This role provides on-line capacity for moving, conveyor boards and stationary boards. The assembler will be able to understand simple directions and interpret simple color diagrams for line plugging. Responsibilities include checking if wires pass electricity, pressing the green start button, and disposing of parts based on testing results (yellow light for testing, green light for passed). The assembler will visually inspect harnesses for wire orientation, missing components, and sealed wires. They will also pack boxes with a quality of 50 pieces as indicated on the screen, attach shipping labels, and set aside boxes for quality inspection. The role requires the ability to build and tape, and to aid in housekeeping.
Requirements
- Ability to work while standing.
- Some experience preferred in manufacturing environment (will train and promote on merit).

- High school diploma or equivalent from accredited institution preferred.
Responsibilities

- Dispose “passed” parts to shipping container.
- Disposed ‘failed” parts to “reject” container.
- Visually inspect harness for: (wire orientation, missing components, sealed wire).
- Pack box quality of 50 pieces (indicated by Qty in Box) on screen in shipping container.
- Attached shipping label to end of carton.
- Put aside the box for quality inspection / closure.
- Ability to build and tape.
- Aid in housekeeping.
