About The Position

Bosch Rexroth is hiring an experienced Mechanical Assembler for Linear Motion Technologies. The role assembles components into finished products, hand-fits parts, and visually and dimensionally inspects components and finished goods. The assembler follows established methods and procedures, reads blueprints, uses measuring equipment and hand tools, and follows safety policies and work instructions. The position may also require working in and supporting other production areas according to business needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent math skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety rules, operating instructions, and drawings.
• Ability to pass required assessments.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Mechanical ability and experience using hand tools.
• Working knowledge of general dimensioning and tolerances.
• Proficient use of micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting parts up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with torque gauges.
