About The Position

This position supports plant leadership and HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized, compliant, and efficient plant operations by providing administrative support across production, safety, quality, and HR functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, filing, and operating office equipment
  • Ability to stand and walk periodically throughout the plant
  • Occasional lifting of office supplies or files up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
  • Visual ability to read printed materials and computer screens
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, via email, and phone
  • Must be able to access and move throughout a manufacturing environment, including exposure to noise

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Plant Manager, HR, and site and business unit leadership teams as needed
  • Coordinate plant meetings, create agendas, and record meeting minutes
  • Order meals or catering for meetings, trainings, and plant events
  • Support employee appreciation events or holiday activities
  • Arrange conference rooms and audiovisual equipment
  • Manage office supplies and breakroom inventory
  • Maintain confidential employee and operational records in accordance with company policies
  • Participate with Charitable Contributions Committee
  • Responsible for coordination of travel arrangements for salary and hourly team members, when required.
  • Liaison with outside vendors – office supplies, janitorial, coffee supplies, vending
  • Responsible for general office duties
  • Coordinates and manages monthly team member company store orders
  • Follow necessary GMP, FDA and ISO regulations/guidelines
  • First Quality team members must follow all First Quality environmental, health and safety requirements as well as applicable federal, state and local environmental, health and safety regulations
