Requirements

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Demonstrated pattern of highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Software proficiency in the Windows environment including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Calendar.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative experience supporting senior leadership or plant operations
  • Experience with payroll tracking (UKG) and HR-related administrative tasks
  • Event planning or employee engagement experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience coordinating meetings, tours, or large group events

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating conference room usage, and resolving scheduling conflicts across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a professional front-line contact by answering and directing incoming calls, coordinating visitors and plant tours, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Support HR and payroll processes by tracking and processing payroll updates for direct reports and maintaining accurate organizational charts, reporting structures, and contact lists.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and events including leadership meetings, plant tours, and internal communications, ensuring smooth execution and preparation of materials.
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement initiatives such as events, recognition programs, company functions, and committee activities, including donation and community programs.
  • Manage office operations support including processing invoices, coordinating catering and refreshments, and overseeing logistics for meetings and recognition activities.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.
