Plant Accountant

CA$65,000 - CA$100,000

About The Position

Soluroc is a growing manufacturer where finance is a hands-on, business-facing function not a back office. We are looking for a Stand-Alone Plant Accountant who can take full ownership of the accounting for a manufacturing entity, run a clean and fast month-end, and steadily push the role beyond clerical work toward analysis and decisions that make the plant more profitable. This is a step up from a traditional plant accountant. We need someone autonomous. A person who diagnoses and fixes their own problems, brings solutions rather than questions, and earns the trust to operate with little supervision. We are actively pushing toward automation and AI across finance. You won’t just maintain the books you’ll redesign how the work gets done, automating repetitive tasks so the team can focus on analysis and judgment. We want someone who is genuinely excited to build this, not intimidated by it.
