About The Position
The Morton County Planning & Zoning Board is seeking members to make recommendations to the County Commission regarding development and land uses in the county. This appointment involves reviewing master plans, preliminary and final plats, zone change requests, and zoning violations. Members may also handle other items as instructed by the County Commission. A four-year unexpired term is available, expiring June 30, 2028. Meetings are generally held the fourth Wednesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at the Morton County Courthouse.
