About The Position

Savant Wealth Management is seeking an experienced financial planner to serve as a planning expert for high-net-worth clients and the advisory teams supporting them. The role focuses on formulating, presenting, and implementing sophisticated planning strategies in partnership with the Planning Team and advisors. The strategist will work with planners, Financial Planning Associates, and technical specialists to address complex planning needs and support an integrated planning practice. The position is open to candidates across the U.S., with a preference for candidates near a Savant office. The work model is hybrid, although fully remote arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday during standard business hours. It is suited to an experienced planner who has served wealthy or private clients and wants to focus on planning expertise rather than pursue the traditional advisor path. The expected base salary range is $130,000–$195,000. Additional incentive compensation may be available based on responsibilities and performance. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. Savant Capital LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
