About The Position

The Program Controls Analyst ensures disciplined planning, execution, and performance visibility across complex, regulated programs. This role provides the analytical backbone for cost, schedule, and baseline integrity—supporting compliant Earned Value Management (EVM), accurate performance reporting, and proactive decision‑making. The analyst partners with CAMs, schedulers, finance, and program leadership to maintain a reliable Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB), monitor variances, and uphold internal and customer requirements including EIA‑748 and DCMA DECM. By delivering timely, accurate, and auditable data, the Program Controls Analyst strengthens program predictability, supports contractual compliance, and enables informed program leadership actions.
