The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Planning Master Data Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead process improvement, execution, and governance for planning master data, including safety stock, lot size, lead time, and stocking status, to optimize planning performance Create and maintain business group inventory financial plans, including operating plans, monthly estimates, and reconciliation of actual results Drive the inventory reduction strategy for the business group by establishing, coordinating, and overseeing cross-functional inventory reduction initiatives Oversee processes related to surplus and non-working inventory, inventory build requests, and performance tracking against inventory targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Eight (8) years of combined experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics, sourcing and/or manufacturing in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Three (3) years of combined experience in planning systems, master data management, and/or data analysis tools in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with SAP and Kinaxis
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • ASCM certification, such as CPIM or CSCP
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to connect operational decisions to business outcomes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, leadership and change management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional and global teams

Responsibilities
