Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
  • Ability to manage and lead a team
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a team of intra-logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials/goods/products for organization unit assigned.
  • Implement defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to defined standards and processes.
  • Carry out adequate staffing, organize and coordinate daily intra-logistics operations for an assigned area and solve daily issues.
  • Collect, evaluate and report needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse/ material handling equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage material flow and storage efficiently.
