About The Position

Support daily transportation operations by managing shipment documentation, coordinating logistics activities, and providing customer support to the Lineage Transportation Team. This role assists with shipment planning, scheduling, reporting, and overall transportation processes to ensure accurate and timely execution.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate shipping and receiving documentation for multiple customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer, supplier, and inventory information within systems.
  • Schedule and support pickup and delivery appointments based on service requirements.
  • Maintain, generate, and audit driver logs and transportation reports.
  • Partner with internal teams and support transportation initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist with invoicing processes and accounts receivable support.
