This role involves ensuring compliance with the city’s zoning code, coordinating planning efforts across departments and with external agencies, and providing guidance to developers, staff, and the public. The Manager also supervises department employees, facilitates public engagement, and supports the city’s growth through effective policy development, zoning enforcement, and community planning strategies.
