About The Position

The Department of Planning and Development is looking for a Communications Intern for the Fall 2026 Semester. The Communications Intern’s duties may include Public Relations, Marketing, Branding and Advertising. Related duties may include: Social media, Press releases, Graphic design, Presentations, Photography, Talking points, Blog writing, Writing for web, Writing “how to” instructions, Creating videos, Editing, Proofreading, Help planning events, Collateral creation. The Communications Intern can expect to work up to 20 hours per week in-person.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Undergraduate level studies program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, Public Affairs, Public Relation.
