About The Position

TerraPower is seeking a highly skilled Planning and Controls Manager in the Project Management Office (PMO) with subject matter expertise to support project planning and execution. This position will be an integral part of the corporate PMO, supporting and improving oversight of multiple advanced nuclear projects, including the Natrium advanced reactor project. The Planning and Controls Manager ensures effective project planning, governance, and performance oversight. This role is key for maintaining control processes, supporting decision-making, and ensuring overall project success.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in planning, controls, and data analysis.
Proficiency with tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and PowerBI.
Experience planning, executing, or control of a first-of-a-kind project exceeding $100M in budget, spanning multiple years, and involving multi-disciplinary teams of 100+.
Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices.
5+ years managing staff in cost management, project controls, or data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field from an accredited, four-year university or equivalent experience.
This position is subject to qualification requirements in accordance with ANSI/ANS 3.1.
Candidates must meet the minimum education and experience criteria applicable to the role, including relevant nuclear industry experience where required.

Oversee the development of integrated project plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
