About The Position

This role involves performing standard work assignments while developing proficiency in Supply Chain Planning. It requires conceptual knowledge within Supply Chain Planning and general business knowledge. The position involves receiving guidance, contributing technically to the team, identifying innovative solutions to standard problems, analyzing information, and making informed judgments. The work impacts individual tasks and contributes to team goals. Effective communication through information exchange, questioning, and checking for understanding is essential. The role also requires adherence to Integer's Values, safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including QMS, FDA regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Conceptual knowledge within Supply Chain Planning.
  • General business knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other associates and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to apply general knowledge and/or experience to business process understanding.
  • Ability to understand standard issues and problems to identify solutions and innovation.
  • Strong computer skills (MS office).
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Working experience in a manufacturing environment (Medical devices desired).
  • Competency in both written and oral communications.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor that transcends the high energy, constantly changing supply chain environment.
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude with an underlying belief that failure is not an option.

Nice To Haves

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in supply chain management (if education requirement is not met).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to create and maintain accurate production schedules.
  • Execute daily/weekly production schedules based on order priorities and resource availability, coordinating with production for smooth flow.
  • Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and addressing production interruptions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional meetings for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of key production parameters (lead times, batch sizes, manufacturing cycle time) within the ERP system.
  • Develop and oversee a production schedule, evaluating raw materials, equipment, shifts, and worker alignment.
  • Report on production status and issues to SC leadership.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels for each product family.
  • Recommend production schedule changes resulting from known constraints.
  • Perform other duties as needed and as directed by leadership.
