About The Position

The Master Scheduling is responsible for developing and maintaining the master production schedule to meet customer demand, optimize capacity, and ensure on-time delivery. Reporting to the Manger of Global Planning, collaborates with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and engineering to align production plans with business objectives.

Requirements

8+ years in production planning or scheduling, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced scheduling tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across all product lines and factories.
Ensure alignment with demand forecasts and inventory targets.
Analyze capacity constraints, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to meet delivery commitments.
Partner with sales operations, procurement, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts align configurations and support new product introductions.
Track schedule performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Communicate status and risks to leadership.
Implement best practices for scheduling efficiency, leveraging analytics and ERP/MRP systems.
