About The Position

The Plan Manager manages key aspects of assigned sponsored plans and builds and maintains relationships with existing clients. The role serves as a primary point of contact, helping clients address service and communication needs while coordinating with internal teams to support plan administration. The Plan Manager contributes to client retention, process improvements, and the overall profitability of the business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of financial services industry experience.
• Customer service experience and skills.
• Omni experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, other customers, and internal functional teams, including money-in, money-out, and technical services.
• Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to help ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities involving sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs.
• Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
