About The Position
A plaintiff personal injury law firm is hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Litigation Attorney for its Las Vegas office. This full-time, in-office role handles personal injury cases from filing through resolution alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, mentorship-focused team. The attorney will handle complex, high-value litigation matters and guide clients through each stage of litigation.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in Nevada.
- At least 3 years of personal injury experience with a strong trial focus.
- At least 3 civil jury trials to verdict.
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and procedure, along with solid research and legal writing skills.
- Organized, able to manage multiple cases and deadlines, and discreet with confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Help manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution.
- Investigate cases to establish liability and assess damages.
- Draft, file, and argue key litigation documents, including discovery motions, law and motion, and oppositions to summary judgment.
- Work with attorneys and legal staff to develop and carry out case strategy.
- Keep clients informed and guide them through each stage of litigation.
- Handle complex, high-value litigation matters.
