About The Position
An established plaintiff personal injury firm is hiring a Litigation Associate for its Austin office. The associate will own a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution and work closely with senior trial attorneys. The position is on-site in Austin, Texas, and offers a base salary of $110,000.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of litigation experience; plaintiff personal injury experience is preferred.
- Active Texas bar license.
- Strong writing, research, and case management skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from filing through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions and work with experts.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
