About The Position

Information Security Corporation, an SAIC company, is seeking a PKI Software Support candidate to support multiple software projects and provide off-site customer support. The role works closely with local support, sales, and R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, Illinois. The candidate must reside in the Chicago or Washington, DC area. The position is remote, full-time, and does not require travel. A Top Secret clearance is required; U.S. citizenship and a clear background check are also required. The target salary range is $80,001–$120,000, with the estimate dependent on experience and other factors.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of experience, or a master’s degree and zero years of related experience.
In-depth knowledge of PKI and security-related concepts, with significant experience administering and configuring PKI software on Windows and Linux.
Above-average oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software bottlenecks.
Familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs).
Administrative experience with Apache Tomcat and/or Red Hat JBoss, including experience troubleshooting TLS issues.
Knowledge of database configuration and management using Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience configuring Cisco and/or Aruba networking devices.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux usage and administration.
U.S. citizenship and a clear background check.
Top Secret security clearance.
Must reside in the Chicago or Washington, DC area.

Nice To Haves

Three years of customer technical experience preferred.
Working knowledge of current ISC products.
