About The Position

Information Security Corporation, an SAIC company, is seeking a candidate for a PKI Software Support position. The successful candidate will support multiple software projects and provide off-site customer support. The role works closely with local support, sales, and R&D teams, as well as headquarters staff in Oak Park, Illinois. Candidates must reside in the Chicago or Washington, DC area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and two or more years of experience, or a master’s degree and zero years of related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of PKI and security-related concepts, with significant experience administering and configuring PKI software on Windows and Linux.
• Above-average oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify and troubleshoot hardware and software bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with configuring hardware security modules (HSMs).
• Administration experience with Apache Tomcat and/or Red Hat JBoss, including troubleshooting TLS issues.
• Knowledge of database configuration and management using Oracle, HSQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience configuring Cisco and/or Aruba networking devices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux usage and administration.
• U.S. citizenship and a clear background check.
• TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Three years of customer technical experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of current ISC products.
