About The Position

Domino’s is seeking a team member to prepare pizzas and other menu items, assist customers in-store and by phone, and expedite orders. Team members may work across all in-store stations and help keep the store stocked, clean, and operating smoothly. The role may offer schedules that accommodate different needs, and opportunities for advancement into management or other roles are described.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to operate all store equipment.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication in person and by telephone.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to handle exposure to varying weather and temperatures, food-related odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items.
• Assist customers in-store and by phone, including receiving and processing telephone orders.
• Expedite orders from the cut table.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate store equipment and use tools needed for food preparation and service.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Unload and handle deliveries, including lifting and carrying products and supplies.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Perform other in-store station duties as needed.
