About The Position

The Pizza Maker prepares Domino’s pizzas and supports store operations. The position includes food preparation, customer service, order taking and upselling, food and portion control, hygiene and food safety, and general cleaning and organization. Pizza Makers may also assist customers and coworkers with order processing and other in-store duties. The role offers training and opportunities for career progression.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Exceptional and positive attitude.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to talk and hear on the telephone.
Near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, including depth perception and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
