About The Position
Pizza Maker needed for school food service in the South Brunswick, NJ area. This is a Monday through Friday position with a day shift, working 5.75 hours daily. No weekends or holidays are required, and there are summers off. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced team environment and be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.
Requirements
- Willing to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.
- Experience as a Pizza Stone Cook.
Responsibilities
- Food preparation, with experience as a Pizza Stone Cook needed.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Preparing toppings and cooking for pizza making according to the guidelines of the NSLP.
- Stocking, ordering, and inventory.
