Our Kitchen Team Members are the people behind every awesome pizza, salad, Groovywich, and Munchie that leaves our kitchen. We're looking for energetic, dependable people who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a fast-moving team. Never worked in a restaurant kitchen before? We'll teach you. Bring the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and some hustle. We'll take care of the rest. For more than 16 years, Peace Love and Pizza has been serving handcrafted pizzas, fresh ingredients, and unforgettable guest experiences throughout Georgia. Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement 16+ for the position
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Dependable attendance
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including extended standing, frequent bending/reaching, and lifting/carrying items often weighing up to 50 pounds, along with working around varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items accurately and quickly
• Learn how to make our handcrafted pizzas
• Follow PLP recipes and portion standards
• Prepare dough, sauce, vegetables, and other fresh ingredients
• Make sure every order looks and tastes Awesome
• Maintain quality even when the kitchen gets busy
• Communicate with your team
• Help keep orders moving during rushes
• Take direction and coaching
• Jump in when another station needs help
• Bring positive energy to every shift
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Wash dishes and equipment
• Sweep, mop, and clean as needed
• Help maintain a kitchen everyone can be proud of
