About The Position

The Pizza Maker is an in-store Store Operations team member responsible for preparing Domino’s pizzas and supporting store operations. The role includes making high-quality pizzas, preparing food, controlling portions, maintaining hygiene and food safety, taking and upselling customer orders, and completing general cleaning and organization duties. Pizza Makers may also assist with customer service activities, including helping with orders and supporting other team members. The position offers training and support, flexible hours, opportunities to learn new skills, and potential for career progression. The job requires a positive attitude, customer communication skills, accuracy with money and orders, and the ability to complete physical and repetitive tasks while meeting quality standards.

Requirements

Have an exceptional and positive attitude.
Be at least 16 years of age.
Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Be able to make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Have motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Be able to communicate verbally with customers and co-team members to process orders over the phone and in person.
Be able to talk and hear on the telephone.
Have near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks and depth perception.
Be able to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Be able to stand for long periods; most tasks are performed from a standing position.
