About The Position

Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time Pizza Makers in Downtown Milwaukee, WI. Earn $15.50-$18/hour while cooking in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen known for creative pies. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in restaurants, fast-casual food service, or hospitality roles, but no experience needed! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to cook up one heck of a pizza pie. You'll also keep your area clean and well-stocked, and you'll pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Requirements

• Able to stand/walk for long periods
• Able to lift 20-50 lbs
• Comfortable using hot ovens, sharp knives, and other restaurant equipment
• Must be 18+ years old
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Evening/weekend and late-night shift availability is required (Fri or Sat 5/10pm-4am)

Nice To Haves

• Previous line cook experience
• Previous dough-stretching experience
• Previous pizza-making experience

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretching dough
