About The Position
Earn $18–$23/hour while cooking in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen known for creative pies and a great team culture. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in restaurants, fast-casual food service, or hospitality roles, but no experience is required. Whether you dream of owning a restaurant, trying out new careers, or just seeing where life takes you, Ian's is the place to be! You'll learn transferable skills, make awesome friends, and earn some sweet tips along the way. Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to craft an incredible pie. You'll also learn dough and cheese prep and pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. No experience required, though dough-stretching or pizza experience is a huge plus! We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for raises. If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!
Requirements
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
- Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and equipment of the restaurant biz.
- Need to be 18+ for cook position.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
