About The Position

Ian's Pizza is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Shift Leaders. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations across all departments during a shift. The Shift Leader will be responsible for serving customers, supporting the kitchen staff, dispatching delivery drivers, and overseeing the entire shift from beginning to end. Key duties include maintaining high standards for food and service, completing shift checklists, managing tip payouts, and ensuring efficient staff assignments. The role also involves supporting new crew training, assisting with the implementation of new programs, policies, and products, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and stock levels. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where a hustling attitude is appreciated, with a supportive team and a fun atmosphere.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months experience in food service.
Able to stand/walk for long periods.
Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures, hot ovens and cold walk-ins.
Must be 18+.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
English language proficiency is needed.

Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants.
