About The Position

Be the "Big Cheese" on shift! You lead the team and keep everything running smoothly in all departments. As a Supervisor, you'll serve customers, support the kitchen, dispatch delivery drivers, and supervise the shift from start to finish. You'll ensure high standards for both food and service, oversee completion of shift checklists, manage tip payouts, and make sure staffing is well-assigned. You'll also support new crew training, help roll out new programs, policies, and products, and keep the restaurant clean and stocked. Ian's Pizza are a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in food service
• Able to stand/walk for long periods
• Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly and up to 50lbs on occasion
• Comfortable using ovens, knives, and other restaurant tools
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, hot ovens and cold walk-ins
• Must be 18+
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)
• English language proficiency is needed

• Past supervisor or leadership experience is strongly preferred for external applicants
