About The Position
Ian's Pizza is hiring part-time and full-time Cooks for our Cedar Rapids, IA location. Earn $17-$21/hour while cooking in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen known for creative pies and a great team culture. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in restaurants, fast-casual food service, or hospitality roles, but no experience is required. Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to craft one heck of a pizza pie. As a cook, you'll also learn dough and cheese prep and pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly. No experience required, though dough-stretching or pizza-making experience is a huge plus! If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!
Requirements
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
- Comfortable using ovens, pizza cutters, knives, and kitchen tools.
- 18+ to apply for cook positions (16-17 can apply for Front of House).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
