What you'll do You'll be measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough like a pro! You'll use a mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing, s hred and prep cheese (aka pizza gold), and maintain a clean and organized prep area. Our team is supportive and strongly believes that you can take pride in your work and have fun at the same time!

Requirements

• team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift
• able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50 lbs regularly
• comfortable using knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant business
• Need to be 18+ for prep cook position (16-17 for Front of House at Garver)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation)

Responsibilities

• measuring, mixing, weighing, and prepping dough
• use a mixer and rounder to prepare dough balls for proofing
• shred and prep cheese
• maintain a clean and organized prep area
