About The Position

The Pizza Maker works in a Domino’s store, preparing menu items and helping customers by phone and in person. Team members may work across all in-store stations, including making pizzas and other menu items, processing orders, and expediting orders from the cut table. Schedules may be part-time or full-time, and the role may offer opportunities for advancement into management and other positions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication in person and by telephone; near- and mid-range vision and depth perception are needed for in-store tasks.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work all in-store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone communication to take and process orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Operate store equipment and prepare products.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and stock product deliveries, including cases of ingredients and supplies.
