About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a Delivery Driver to safely deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area while providing exceptional customer service. Drivers may also assist with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role involves using navigation skills, driving to customer locations, and carrying products through a range of delivery environments. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had any drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have reliable transportation and access to an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries; company vehicles may be available at some locations.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
Must be able to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication; use near, mid-range, far, and night vision as needed; and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, carry, lift, push, pull, bend, crouch, squat, reach, and climb as required by the work.
Must be able to lift and handle supplies, including bulk deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and navigate five or more flights of stairs during some deliveries.
Must be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and promptly within the designated delivery area.
Use navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses.
Carry products while navigating delivery sites, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Take and process orders by telephone and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, and receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility as needed.
Participate in paid training, including videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training.
