About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a motivated, friendly team member for a pizza maker and customer service representative (CSR) position in its Muskegon/Grand Haven locations. The role is fast-paced and offers opportunities for growth. Team members receive training, including a paid online and point-of-sale (POS) computer training program, and may have opportunities to advance within the company.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Positive attitude and customer-service orientation.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to frequently use one or both hands; shaping dough requires frequent, forceful use of the forearms and wrists.
Ability to manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter and to perform frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, a phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Handle customer service and monetary transactions, including making correct change.
