About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. Team members work in the kitchen, take phone and counter orders, prepare pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and help deliver friendly customer service. The role is presented as an entry-level opportunity to build teamwork and customer-service skills, learn pizza-making techniques, and grow within the organization. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work only a day or two per week.

Requirements

• Friendly, personable, and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Team player with punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
